About the Beach
What is Praia do Monte Branco Beach?
It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Setúbal.
Praia do Monte Branco Beach has a tiny sand intersected by large rocks and boulders. It acquired its name for being the place where once was a high dune that used to cover the rocks until the vegetation uphill.
It's located at the east side of Baía do Portinho da Arrábida1.
About 200 meters offshore to south stands the Pedra da Anicha1.
Scuba divers are very common to be seen here.
This is a less frequented beach however those who seek for some privacy find their spot here.
