About the Beach

What is Praia de Cramesines Beach?

It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Sesimbra.

Praia de Cramesines Beach or Praia de Caramessines Beach, presents a small sand at the bottom of a steep scarp. During high tide, the sand gets all immersed.
There are several boulders and rocks in the bathing area coming from previous landslides.
The access goes from Rua de Cramesines at Serra da Azóia village, beside the football field of Grupo Desportivo União da Azóia.
From here, there's a narrow trail, 300 meters to the beach.
