It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Póvoa de Varzim.

Praia da Lada-II Beach is located in a small bay at the sea front of , beside the football stadium of city.
The sand is short and holds rock formations at the north and south ends, by seaside. At center, lies the most suitable area for bathing.
The parking lot of the municipal pool Piscina Vazim Lazer1, is the best place to leave one's vehicle.
Acess is done by Rua do Varzim Sport Clube2 or if coming from north, through Rua do Alto de Martins Vaz3.
