About the Beach
What is Praia da Meia Laranja Beach?
It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Odemira.
Praia da Meia Laranja Beach has a small sand that may go unnoticed to bathers right to the north at Praia dos Alteirinhos Beach, an Official Naturist Beach. It is embedded in a small cove and protected from rough sea by the Ponta do Lajão1, an enormous rocky tip which is used by anglers.
This beach, whose access is provided by the wooden stairway at Praia dos Alteirinhos Beach, is attended by naturists who wish a higher degree of privacy.
