About the Beach
What is Praia do Vale da Lama Beach?
It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Lagos.
Praia do Vale da Lama Beach, belonging to Meia Praia Beach, has a very long sand of about 1 Km.
Integrated on the western dunes lies the golf course facilities of the Onyria Palmares Beach & Golf Resort.
At east may be sighted a pier of the Ria de Alvor's1 bar.
For being located in a peninsula, this beach provides both river and oceanic bathings.
About 200 meters heading northeast lies a lagoon that's part of the Ribeira de Odiáxere or de Arão2.
