What is Praia da Costa Nova Beach?
It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Ílhavo.
Praia da Costa Nova Beach or Praia da Costa Nova do Prado Beach got this name due to being located in the sea front of a place that shares the same name.
The extensive sand is bounded north and south by piers and exhibits that Blue Flag since its implementation across Europe in the year of .
There's a dune system situated near the southern pier, protected by wooden walkways.
This beach is known because of the traditional haystacks - houses painted of vivid horizontal and vertical stripes interspersed between them.
