It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Caldas da Rainha.

Praia do Mar Beach, also known as Praia da Foz do Arelho (Sea) Beach, is located in the sea front of town.
A wide and very long sand mingles with sea waters and 1 in many areas, according to the bar opening.
The holidaymakers can choose between bathing in the open sea or seek calmer waters towards east, to the interior of the lagoon.
Access is done by Autoestrada 82, leaving on exit 19 to Avenida Infante Dom Henrique3, west direction.
