About the Beach
What is Praia do Seca Beach?

It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Vila do Conde.
Praia do Seca Beach has a sand of reduced dimensions, integrated in the urban sea side of Vila do Conde.
To the east, one can sight the Forte de São João Baptista1 erected in the seventeenth-century which was converted into a hotel with restaurant. During summer time, many parties and events take place at the fort facilities.
This beach is protected south by an extensive rock formation.
Access is done along Avenida Manuel Barros2, also known as Marginal Atlântica.
