About the Beach

What is Praia do Seixo Beach?

It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Torres Vedras.

Praia do Seixo Beach, also known as Praia do Porto das Barcas Beach, comprises a rocky bed formed by veins perpendicular to the water line. As consequence, the sea waters are calm.
At south, a small strip of sand that only gets exposed during low tide, easies bathing.
On the cliff top there's a small open area serving for car parking.
Accesses are done through the sands of the neighbor beaches.
