What is Praia dos Carriços Beach?

It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Odemira.

Praia dos Carriços Beach has a ground made exclusively of rocks and pebbles, located in a small cove.
When the tide is low, most of the once hidden rocks emerge from the water.
The dunes on top of the cliff are the reference of beauty of this uninviting beach for bathing. The majority of this beach visitors are local anglers.
