It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Mafra.

Praia do Norte Beach, also known as Praia do Algodio Beach, has a sand of medium dimensions that is situated in the sea front of town. The sea is generally agitated.
On top of the north cliff arises the 1 and to the south, the shore is bounded by a pier of about 400 meters long belonging to Ericeira's safe haven facilities.
This beach is very much sought by surf lovers.
There's a small support car parking in the opposite side of the sea front road.
