About the Beach
What is Praia da Pesqueira Beach?
It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Mafra.
Praia da Pesqueira Beach presents a sand of small dimensions in the northern area.
The center and south areas have big rocky slabs integrating the cliff structure.
On cliff top there's a green forest and several trails on sand near sea waters that are normally agitated.
The access to the cliff top is done by a dirt path and going down into the beach, demands skill.
This beach is part of the Ericeira World Surfing Reserve.
