About the Beach
What is Praia do Pinhão (Este) Beach?
It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Lagos.
Praia do Pinhão (East) Beach has a small size sand that gets nearly all immersed during high tide.
The cliff is decorated with the imposing stone build of the Miradouro da Praia do Pinhão1, also used for accessing the beach.
It's usual to see adventurers jumping into the water from the lowest levels when the tide is high.
