It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Espinho.

Praia de Paramos Beach has a very long sand, located in front of Aeródromo de Espinho1. It is bounded at the ends by two piers.
The dune system presents several traces of human action, namely housing construction and facilities of ETAR de Espinho2, erected "half walls" with the bathing area.
Access is done by Rua da Praia3 which passes in the vicinity of .
